My engineering trajectory hasn't followed a generic template. I didn't start by reciting cloud certifications; I started by building real applications for people.

01. APPLICATIONS

Shipped multi-tenant legal and financial platforms at IO2i Outsourcing. Built Python/FastAPI backends, Rust/WebAssembly frontends, and dynamic OTP authentication engines.

02. AUTOMATION

Automated complex data collection from judicial tribunals (DRT, NCLT, High Courts), integrated Zoom APIs via webhooks, and deployed headless browser bots on Linux servers.

03. INFRASTRUCTURE

Deepening into cloud networks: VPC partitioning with Terraform on AWS, configuration management via Ansible, CI/CD pipelines via AWS SSM, and Prometheus observability.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Software Engineer, Part-Time

IO2i Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. · Delhi, India
Sep 2025 – Present

Production backend deployments, observability, and platform automation:

  • Deploy and run backend services in production via Docker on Linux and AWS EC2 instances with security groups and traffic-based scaling.
  • Rolled out Prometheus monitoring, structured JSON logging, and UUID request tracing to accelerate incident troubleshooting.
  • Wrote Bash automation scripts for service deployments and container lifecycles; configured Nginx reverse proxies with SSL/TLS.
  • Architected multi-tenant B2B portals with HMAC-SHA256 tenant synchronization, OTP authentication, and strict cross-tenant data isolation (including Financial Desk and Resolution Desk).
  • Engineered fault-tolerant automation bots fetching bulk legal case data from judicial tribunal portals (DRT, DRAT, NCLT) with retry logic.

Core containerization, web server configurations, and deployment foundation:

  • Built and shipped multi-stage Docker images with automated health checks; standardized local developer environments with Docker Compose.
  • Configured Nginx reverse proxy edge layer: SSL/TLS termination, rate limiting, connection pooling, and zero-downtime reloads.
  • Provided backend deployment support and environment configuration for internal legal-tech application releases.
